Publication Ethics & Policy
FJRIR is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. All parties involved — authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher — are expected to adhere to the principles outlined here, consistent with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authors' Responsibilities
– Submitted manuscripts must be original and not published elsewhere or under simultaneous review.
– All authors listed must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work.
– Authors must disclose all sources of funding and any conflicts of interest.
– Data fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism are strictly prohibited.
– Ethical approval must be mentioned for research involving human or animal subjects.
Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using iThenticate. A similarity index of more than 15% (excluding references) may lead to rejection. Self-plagiarism is also considered a violation.
Reviewers' Responsibilities
– Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts assigned to them.
– Any conflict of interest with the authors or content must be declared immediately.
– Reviews must be objective, constructive, and completed within the agreed timeframe.
Retraction & Correction Policy
FJRIR reserves the right to retract, issue corrections, or issue expressions of concern in cases of proven misconduct, significant errors, or ethical violations, in accordance with COPE guidelines.
